Since DARIAH-DE involves partly very sensitive research data, we place great importance on the security of this data.
In order to continue to guarantee the established academic quality standards for the content offered via the infrastructure operated by DARIAH-DE, it is not possible for Helpdesk staff to manually change the email address registered in the account upon your request if that request is not sent to us from the old email address.
However, if you know your password and login name, you can change your email address yourself.
If that is not possible for you, we ask you to apply for a new account in the self-service portal.
